Third item - global problem of touch mouse - click by right finger when left is touching

Start position - left finger is on mouse, right is clicking, click!, left finger is the winner!
the problem is that touch is being detected on click only, and left finger wins that race condition.

Power savings? Or unable to check touch more often (not thecase as you are able to use touch only events).
This will be the great step for all touch mouses )))

Global problem? Do you mean this occurs without installing TMM?

I've got this to. I'm left handed though, maybe I rest my hand in the wrong way. When right-clicking, I really need to lift part of my hand.
(I'm actually having the same problem with Apple mice)

Global problem of all touch mouses afaik (and apple mouse too).
It's not TMM bug. But it would be wonderfull if you could change default behaviour. So it will be long-awaited solution based on your software.

To make more clear (right handed case):
Left finger is on mouse, touch withous click.
Right finger makes touch and click.
Left click is detected! You need to lift left finger before right finger makes touch and click. But it's not convenient to keep finger (or part of hand) in the air.

As this is not a TMM bug, close it now. Probably I will write a blog post about it some day on my blog (http://lextm.com) to explain why this goes against TMM 1.5 state machine based design.

In fact, if you read about the state machine you will see why, (section 3)

Personally I believe that's why all mouse vendors fail to please you, as that's kind of a limitation (you have to sacrifice sometimes like this).
